Assuming the post that holds it is still firmly planted in the ground, the problem is usually loose hinges or warped wood. I did see a privacy fence that some people down the street installed themselves. I can see that the wooden gate has a black aluminum or steel frame on which the wood is attached to form the gate. I searched the web and can't find anything similar to make my own gate. The people who installed the fence must think this is not worth their time to fix.

Why is it doing that and how in the heck can we fix it?? it looks so ugly, what

Fence posts may lean over time if they aren't installed properly or if there are erosion issues in the area. The simplest fix for a slanting fence post is to pull it back into place and stabilize it.
I have a 6-foot-high fence that is about two years old. It was built with CCA-treated lumber, including 6x6 posts, 2x4 cross members, and 1x4 fencing boards. My problem is with the posts. They're about 8 feet on center, and all of them have started to twist. The ones that get the most sun are twisting the worst.
I used two feet chicken wire as backing to the 7 foot deer fence but it wasn't sufficient and over time the chicken wire rusted out and raccoons just dug under the fence. Raccoons only need one night and they can wipe out half a garden. If you ever have to replace a post, concrete will require that you move that post away from the original hole.
I'm afraid you're SOL here, sorry but I don't know of any way to strhten warped wood. I guess you used 4x4's ??? If they are fairly strht for about a foot coming out of the ground and you're not REAL particular you could cut them off, replace the warped wood and use some flat steel and long bolts all the way through to get the warped wood out.
It's just a groove, a sawcut that only goes 1/3 to 1/2 of the depth of the board. A kerf will also weaken the board. If you want to try it, I'd suggest doing your wetting and strhtening first, then use a Skilsaw to cut a couple of lengthwise "kerfs" before you nail or screw the boards back in place.

The quick fix shown in this article will stabilize the fence post and prevent further damage until you have the opportunity to make a more permanent repair to the base of the post. In our case, the ground on the outside of the problem post sloped downhill, so the post had more support on one side than the other.

Over time it is possible for a fence post to become warped or lean. In this case, the best fix is to insert eye bolts into the post and applying a vinyl-wrapped wire to act as a strhtening brace. The wire will not stretch or break and the vinyl covering protects the wire from the elements.
Do-it-yourself fence repairs will save you a substantial amount of money in repair bills. Never attempt to push the fence post up strht without first digging the dirt out next to the post. Otherwise, you will crack the post at the base which could result in a larger repair project than was originally necessary.
I need some trusty advice. A few years ago we paid to have a cedar fence put in our back yard. It came out nice, but the posts, made of pressure treated wood 4×4, are twisting and it is causing issues with the gate and parts of the fence. It just looks bad. There is no possibility of the fence company taking responsibility, so I am thinking about replacing them.
