So this is what I've come up with A: chest/tri/shoulders bench press dips tricep extentions military press lateral shoulder raise i think this is what they're called rear delt flyes B: back/bi/traps deadlifts bicep/hammer curls db rows lat raises pull/chin ups C: legs/abs squats calf raises leg raises various ab workouts plus planks on all days I'm very open to suggestions so fire away
